Vacation in T-Minus 19 Days... Summer Fitness Plan!

WHAT? There's only three weeks until the official start of summer?! WHAT? There's only three weeks until Cristhian's vacation time?! WHAT? I guess that means I need to get off my lazy ass and kick it into high gear.

I won't lie to you guys. I've gotten complacent since the Love Your Body Challenge.. I got to 106 and maintained it for so long that when allergy season hit, I cried, I sulked and I ate.. and ate.. and ate. Currently, I'm at a whopping 114- that's a total of eight pounds gained over a short period of time. This time around, I won't put a number into my head. I'll lose whatever I lose.. I just want to happily fit loosely into my clothes again!

I do well with routines, so I'm planning on eating the same things daily in order to receive the maximum nutrition on a 1300 calorie diet with regular exercise. I'll also be starting my goal of 3L of water a day.

Breakfast: Poached Eggs paired with 1/2 cup each of Blueberries, Strawberries and Mangos with Hot Coffee/Espresso
Snack: Veggie with Hummus or Piece of Fruit
Lunch: Open Faced Peanut Butter and Banana on Honey Wheat or Open Faced Avocado and Tuna Melt Sandwich
Snack: 8 oz Strawberry, Blueberry, Pineapple and Spinach Smoothie
Dinner: 4 oz Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast with Tomato, Onion and Avocado Spinach Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Dessert: Tea

Su: Cardio
MWF: Legs, Butt and Back
TuTh: Cardio, Abs, Arms and Shoulders

C'mon! Let's get off our fat asses (American and non-American alike!) and... be happy! Or not! ;)

  2. Gosh that sound like a plan but doesn't surprises me!!!lol

    for some tips, drink water not "the water"!!!lol squats are everygirls best friend (except they hurts!!!lol)

    And the chicken lemon sound lovely (any pics???)
