TIU: LYB '14 Week #6

As I continue checking in via Instagram, Twitter and the Community, I find that I love being part of the Tone It Up community. It's a group of women who are supportive and continually motivate one another toward their communal goal of actively pursuing a better, healthier lifestyle. Seriously. I've actively participated here and there (since 2010) upon hearing of the community- I even bought K&K's nutrition plan in 2012, but it wasn't until this current challenge where I was like, "Let's bust my Holiday Fat off its knockers!!".

I haven't lost anything since my weigh-in last week... Damn you, Plateau! I'm still trekking with my healthy meals and two workouts per day.

A typical check-in mainly consists of food and the occasional selfie.

I'm not sure what else I can do to trick my body into kicking the pounds outta my system... I think I just need to continue eating healthily and working out regularly.

Working out bites!!, but I've learned to deal with it. Haha!

I'm continuing to drink 3L per day... woo hoo! Restroom and I are best buddies.

This is the first Tone It Up challenge I've ever "completed"!

  1. I'm really dispointed that those shoes aren't pink!!!lol

    1. Don't worry! My regular sneakers are pink and grey. The picture shown above shows me borrowing my aunt's! ;)
