TIU: LYB '14 Week #5

I'm sure you're all dying to know how much I've lost since I started this damn challenge (again). Well, I'll tell you! I've lost 3.8 lbs/1.73 kg!! Holiday weight, I'm gonna CRUSH you by my birthday. I SWEAAARRRR!

My weight check-in as of the beginning of the week.

I've been eating well overall. I limit my processed carbs to breakfast and lunch time (if any at all during lunch) and stick to lean proteins and lots of veggies after 4. Also, in order to knock my plateau, I've been skipping my usual dessert.. It is SO hard. But seriously.

Finally replenished my protein powder supply... Blech!, but it's good for me...

I'd like to get down to 105 lbs/47.6 kg by my birthday. (This challenge goes through Valentine's Day.) More importantly, I have a pre-conception appointment with my OB/GYN in early February and, ideally and ultimately, I'd prefer to be 93-100 lbs/42-45 kg consistently before actively trying for a Monster.

  1. Wasn't aware there was such a thing as pre-conception appointments?! I learn something new everyday!
    I haven't seen those numbers on my scale since my early 20s... I think my ass kissed those numbers goodbye years ago.

    1. My appointment is on Friday! I'm really excited to try and start seeing what I can do to better my body's condition for a future monster! Ahahaha!! And thanks, Cynthia! Motivation is hard to come by since I'm smaller than the average person (5')... I've been stuck at this weight-ish for a while now... I'm tryyyyying to get down to 95-100 ideally!
