Motivation Monday: BBL + Pilates = Lean, Mean Body?


I want to shout out to the world that I finally hit under 115 lbs! Although it's not by much, I'm still 114.9 lbs! If I'm still in the 114s by seven days' time, I'll reward myself with the treat I have listed in the Weight Section of my blog! Woot woot!


Brazil Butt Lift is really kicking my ass. Literally. Thanks to Leandro, my thighs no longer touch! Also, I started watching Blogilates on Youtube and tried to work a regimen between both Brazil Butt Lift and Pilates.

Although I don't follow either routine as directed, I'm hoping this combination will tone my body without bulking me up. (My body remembers how it used to look- it wants to bulk up! Thanks football, soccer and hockey!) I'm really egging for a dancer or ballerina's body... please!
