What can be improved? I blame it on the cold (it was -5*F from Tue-Thu!), but I definitely could've tried harder to hit the 2.2 mi/day goal. Also, due to the stress of moving/packing, I've been eating not-so-well... especially since Cristhian and I packed our kitchen. Things will be better once we're settled and moved in to our new place.
