Motivation Monday: Be A Better Me!

I haven't done one of these in a while so...

Since I've gotten a better since catching my cold, I've been becoming more and more active each day. On Friday, I did the LY Ab Workout on the hour every hour, on Saturday, I cleaned the entire apartment (a feat!!), on Sunday, Amanda and I walked roughly 2 miles at the boulevard and today, I did the LY Total Body & LY Ab Workouts 4x and the HIIT workout by Tone It Up. Wooh!!
