Motivation Monday: Gym Me!

SO many people claim they want to lose weight. SO many people barely lift a finger or get their butts in gear to their local gym. SO many people just refuse to move. To be honest, I'm one of them. There are times when I just don't feel like moving. I feel down and I just want the results. I'm not overweight- I'm actually in the normal range for my height, but I don't want to be the skinny fat girl anymore. I've had a gut all my life and I'm sick of it! My goal is a flat tummy with minimal flab. I want to be lean and toned!


Cristhian and I will be joining a local gym this month. We hope to hit the gym at least 3-4x a week. We plan on attending the aqua aerobics class, Zumba, Latin fitness and maybe the spinning class. Plus we'll take advantage of the spa and the pool, as well! I promise that you will definitely notice a difference in the upcoming months. I will NOT take no for an answer.
